Paola Fanta is an educator in English Language Teaching. She holds a BA in TEFL from the University of Concepción and an MA in TEFL from the University of Jaén. With 30 years of experience, she specializes in teacher training and Applied Linguistics in the Foreign Languages Department at UdeC. Yasmina Contreras holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Concepción and has 19 years of teaching experience at the institution. She currently serves in the Faculty of Humanities and Arts, where she teaches courses for the English Teaching and Translation and Interpreting in Foreign Languages programmes. Felipe Acevedo Riquelme, PhD in Literature (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile), is an Assistant Professor in the Foreign Languages Department at Universidad de Concepción, specializing in Cultural Studies and teaching English and Literature for Translation and Pedagogy programmes. Juan Pablo Cruces holds a BA in Education, and an MA in Applied Linguistics (Second Language Acquisition) from Universidad de Concepción. He currently works as an Adjunct Professor in the Foreign Languages Department at Universidad de Concepción, teaching courses in the English Teaching and Translation and Interpreting programmes.
